                        Attention of Trade Industry and all concerned is invited to this office earlier Trade Notice No.

 27/2005 dated 24.08.2005. In consequence to the change of Officer at the level of Commissioner who has been

 designated as Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) for information pertaining to the Shillong Central Excise

Commissionerate and change of Officers at the level of Deputy/Assistant Commissioners who have been

 designated as Central Assistant Public Information Officer (CAPIO) for each of Teshil/Sub Division/District, the

 new names of the  CPIO and CAPIO are indicated  below:-

1.                  Name of the CPIO in para 2 has been changed to     ‘Ms. Eva M.R. Hynniewta’ in place of ‘Shri Karnail Singh’.

2.                  Names of the CAPIOs in para 4 of earlier Trade Notice 27/2005 dated 24.08.2005  are replaced as follows:

(a)                           In Sl. No. 1, ‘Shri A.K. Mandal’  in place of ‘Shri B.P. Sinha’

(b)                           In Sl. No. 2, ‘Shri A.K. Mandal’  in place of ‘Shri B.P. Sinha’

(c)                           In Sl. No. 3, ‘Shri K.B. Bhujel’  in place of ‘Shri C.D. Baidya’

(d)                           In Sl. No. 5, ‘Shri Apalak Das’  in place of ‘Shri Bholanath Das Gupta’.
