                        Attention of Trade and all concerned is invited to the issue of Notification No.23/2006-CE(NT) dtd. 03.11.2006 by the Government of India where under the CBEC in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 12 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002 and sub-rule (7) of Rule 9 of CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.26/2005-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 16^th May, 2005 has revised and prescribed  Format  E.R.1 and E.R.3 the same may be viewed /downloaded at/from the  web site www.cbec.com.
