Subject: - Establishment promotion, transfer and posting in the grade of Driver Grade – Iorder regarding.

PART – I

P R O M O T I O N

                        Shri. Morningstar Wanshong,  Driver Grade – II of Central Excise and Customs is hereby promoted to Driver Grade – I  in the scale of pay of Rs. 4500-125-7000/-  with effect from the date he assume charge of higher post at his place of posting shown in Part II.

            He is hereby asked to exercise option within one month from the date of promotion as to whether his initial pay should be fixed in the higher post on the basis of FR 22 (I) (a) (1) straightway without any further review on accrual of increment in the pay scale of the lower post or their pay on promotion should be fixed initially in the manner as provided under FR 22 (a) (i) which may be refixed under the provisions of FR 22 (I) (a) (1) on the date of accrual of next increment in the scale of pay of lower post. Option once exercised shall be final.

                        In the event of refusal of promotion he would be debarred from promotion for a period of one year.

TRANSFER AND POSTING

            On promotion, Shri. Morningstar Wanshong is placed at the disposal of the Commissioner, Customs Preventive, NER, Shillong.
